The Beachman '64 comes as an electric bike with pedals and a top speed of 28 mph, however it can be upgraded and registered as a 49cc alternative, or a moped. The '64 does not require a motorcycle or insurance to ride in most jurisdictions, but be sure to check with your local state transport authorities first.
